KEMCS ADMISSION PROCEDURE

THE ADMISSION PROCESS

An application for registration is the first stage of the admission process. A registration fee must be sent along with the application so that the student's name may be registered for the year and class for which admission is sought.

REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

Admission opens to all. The academic year begins in June. Admissions are made on the basis of merit. At the time of admission the parent should produce the following documents.

  1. Birth certificate with one Photostat copy /original TC.
  2. Two passport size photographs.
  3. The progress report from last studied school.
  4. A Copy of Aadhar.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED AS A PART OF THE ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE FOR EVERY STUDENT APPLYING FOR ADMISSION:

  1. Birth certificate

The original birth certificate must be brought to the School at the time of admission. This is returned after verification. Mis-representation or falsification of date of birth will result in cancellation of admission forthwith.

  1. Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate

A valid Transfer Certificate from the School last attended, issued by the Principal immediately prior to the student joining KEMCS english medium school's as well as a Character Certificate, are essential requirements and must be submitted on the day that the child joins School. In addition, the student is required to present the last Report Card indicating promotion to the next class, as well as proof of attendance for the previous year. Until the Transfer Certificate and other documents are received by KEMCS, the students’s admission is considered as provisional.

  1. Photographs

Two recent passport size photographs are required to be submitted by each new student.

CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION

On receipt of acceptance of admission, parents have to pay the fees within the stipulated date. Ensure all documents are submitted.If, for any reason, the Transfer Certificate cannot be produced at the time of admission, one can submit a written request to the principal and on his/her approval, it must be produced on or before the commencement of the academic session.
